John M. Gioannetti
John M. Gioannetti is an associate at Herssein & Herssein, P.A. John Gioannetti received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University School of Law and has practiced insurance defense litigation for over three years. While earning his J.D., John was also a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade County Office of the Public Defender. Prior to law school, John received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Florida International University graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning the honor of Phi Beta Kappa.
John is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, is admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
