Kevin J. McCarthy
Kevin J. McCarthy is an associate at Herssein & Herssein, P.A. Kevin received his Juris Doctor, graduating with Honors from the University of Miami School of Law. While earning his J.D., Kevin McCarthy was a Fellow in the Center for Ethics and Public Service’s Joint Program on Law Public Policy and Ethics. Kevin also interned at the Monroe County Office of the Public Defender as well as at a private litigation firm. Prior to law school, Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia.
Kevin is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and is a member of the Florida Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, scuba diving, and playing ice hockey.
